LG component took awhile to receive, but arrived in perfect condition. Packed very nicely. Had to buy a new HDMI cable. Got everything installed. Unit looks pretty much like new and works perfectly. DVDs and CDs play beautifully. Would recommend Porter Electronics highly.

I had the same unit that I bought. I was having some issues with my old unit, so I thought it was time to replace it with another one.

The unit came packed securely and was shipped and received in good time. It arrived clean and in perfect working order. Both the DVD and VHS play without issue. VHS to DVD dubbing has a small learning curve for the specific unit but performed flawlessly. Some say that to dub from VHS to DVD you need to select VHS on the remote and then dub. This has been found to not be the case for me. I am pleased with the purchase, unit condition, and performance.
