Would Porter Electronics purchase used electronics from me? Regrettably, at this time, we do not engage in purchasing products from individuals. The complexities of logistics and the constantly evolving demands for our product offerings have led us to this decision.
Does Porter Electronics Accept Purchase Orders? Absolutely, we welcome purchase orders from Public Schools and Government Agencies. However, please note that our website does not currently support direct processing of Purchase Orders. Do Porter Electronics products come with manufacturer's warranty? Warranties may be limited on some items. Please check our sales literature and your invoice to verify that the warranty is as expected. Most of our items however are used and only include our own 90 day exchange warranty.
Does Porter Electronics offer technical support? Yes, we do offer product support on the items we sell.
Do I have to register with Porter Electronics to be able to place an order? No. It's not mandatory. To process your order we need your shipping and billing information. You can type it each time you want to place your order. But if you register with Porters Electronics when you place order you need only provide us your Customer ID and Password.
Do we ship internationally? We only ship to US and Canada locations at this time.
How do I cancel an order You may request a cancellation of your order, if your order has not already been processed and shipped. To do that, please contact us.
What do I do if an item is received damaged? All defective products may be exchanged within 90 days from delivery date for a replacement or item can be returned for refund within 7 days of delivery date. Unfortunately, after 90 days from delivery date, we will not accept a product for replacement regardless of circumstance unless a 1-year extended warranty was purchased. Your replacement will be processed via ground delivery only, unless customer chooses to pay for a faster shipping method.
