1ST PRINTER WE GOT WOULD NOT WORK WITH UPS. WE WERE SENT A REPLACEMENT RIGHT AWAY AND IT HAS WORKED WITH UPS WELL. WAS IMPREESED THAT I GOT THE REPLACEMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER. WILL ORDER ANOTHER ONE IN FUTURE WHEN THIS ONE NEEDS REPLACED,

I received the printer in the expected time. The printer works wonderfully and is meeting all my needs at the present time. I would recommend this printer and service to anyone who ships out a lotr of packages.

Great product
This printer works great for our business and our expanding shipping needs (5-20 packages a week). It works directly via the UPS website with no additional hassle. Also, with a UPS account you can get FREE 4x6 world ship labels. Installation was easy, as was sharing it and setting it up on the network for our entire office to use. You do need to install the latest version of Java to utilize this printer from the UPS website, I cannot attest for FedEx or USPS because we do not have accounts with those carriers. I would suggest when installing the roll of labels not to turn it under the roller lip, but to let it feed straight out. If it strips the labels from the backing without someone being there to manually remove each one they will stack and stick on top of each other, wasting labels. This is the reason for my 5 star review, the seller was great, the printer arrived well packaged and on time.
