The Toshiba arrived on time and perfect condition. Very well packed and worked perfectly.
I had previously received a different DVD recorder/player, but I just didn't like it, so I sent it back and ordered the Toshiba like the one I used to have. Still waiting for my refund on the first purchase, but I guess they're just a small outfit and a little short handed.
