SONY SLV-N700 VCR/VHS RECORDER
I purchased this video player as a source to transfer VHS tapes to DVD or USB. Have only used it twice, once to transfer to DVD and once to USB. It seemed to work well both times. Hopefully it will continue to do so!

Condition of unit
I was surprised at the way this unit was packaged and refurbished. Porter Electronics did a great job!! The unit works fine and in fact displays better in quality than my newer Go.Video VCR. Good job Porter!

a worthy purchase
ive used this vcr to watch movies on my toshiba crt and it works very well so far!! super easy to hook up and use. it came with instructions and a remote. the VCR does show some scratches, but that's no big deal to me (it is refurbished after all). it is a bit noisy but i think that's normal for vcrs. it was definitely worth it to purchase a more expensive vcr that actually works AND includes a warranty. awesome product!

The VCR was in fantastic condition! Works perfectly and so does the remote. Basically like new. Also, they do a really great job at packaging it for shipping. Very well protected. Overall, I would highly recommend buying from these folks.

I'm Happy with my Sony VCR Purchase
I found the Sony VCR able to meet my needs and wants plus it was easy to set up which for an 82 year old woman is a major plus. I have had it a year now and it is used on an almost daily basis without any problem at all. Yes, I would say I am pleased, more than pleased with my purchase.
