Product Description - The Sony DCR-TRV120 records digital video onto standard Hi8 tapes, delivering up to 500 lines of horizontal resolution and 16-bit PCM stereo audio. Its 25x optical zoom and 450x digital zoom allow for detailed close-ups, while the SteadyShot image stabilization minimizes camera shake for smoother footage. The 2.5-inch swivel LCD screen and color viewfinder provide flexible viewing options during recording and playback.  For low-light conditions, the Super NightShot infrared system enables clear recording in complete darkness. The camcorder also features 14 picture effects and 7 digital fader modes for creative video transitions. With the built-in IEEE 1394 (FireWire) interface, transferring video to a computer for editing is straightforward.
