Product details: The Nikon FG is a feature-loaded consumer 35mm SLR camera body. The camera offers manual focus and multi-mode exposure metering. It can be used in Program mode, where it makes all the exposure decisions that ensure you are well exposed, with very printable negatives. It can be used in Aperture priority automatic, allowing you, the photographer, to control your depth of field, or it can be used in a fully manual mode allowing you to make all the decisions regarding exposure. The 50mm F1.8 lens is the standard "normal" lens and is well suited to general-purpose photography. The meter is calibrated to support an ISO range of 12 to 3200 with exposure compensation of + or - 2 stops in half-stop increments.
