Everything came as advertised. With remote. Well package, quick ship as was ahead shipping date. Well pleased with whole service. Wish a a manual book came with it, just written instructions to hook player up to the TV. I'm not savvy in how to set clock, timers, copy, ECT function ability. But am able to play my DVDs. Thanks, machine works very well.

The exact unit I ordered came. Wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap for safe shipment. Simple easy to read instructions were included in case I had a problem. My grandkids have enjoyed having it. We have introduced the kids to great older films. This unit works flawless. If you are considering purchasing from Porter, I highly recommend it.
