SONY SLV-D100 DVD-VCR COMBO
For a thirty plus year old machine it works as if it just came from the factory, my compliments to the tech that worked on it. Besides, again for a machine that is probably decades old, it came very well packaged and there were no scratches or smudges on the casing.

Works well. I need a reliable product to begin transferring VHS to DVD and this machine will play the VHS tape and allow me to do this by hooking it up to another device

I ordered the Sony SLV-D100P to replace the same model that failed after a number of years. The first unit that was sent out did not work properly and Paul at Porter offered a replacement without hesitation. The replacement unit arrived in a couple of days and is working fine. I am satisfied with the unit and based on this this experience would highly recommend Porter Electronics.
