    I have had about ten of the same machine over the years. This one works very well and I would not even know that it was reburbished instead of new.

    My transcriber of 20 years went out and I was able to contact via email Porter Electronics and they shipped one to me which I received within 3 days.

    This is among the best that are available. This was a direct replacement for a worn out machine that gave us many years of 9 hour a day use. Bummer that this type machine is becoming extinct. I guess everyone but us dinosaurs has gone to something digital
