Great Purchase
I ordered a used Panasonic VCR and it was shipped from Porter Electronics in Arizona. The first one arrived and it was unsatisfactory, so I sent a message and was informed that it would be replaced. The second one arrived and it worked very satisfactorily with the exception of the remote control. I sent a message to the company and they replaced the remote control and it works very well now. I am pleased with the product.

Great little machine !
My first experience with Porter has been great. Someone to talk to ,when I called instead of a recording. I haven't used the machine very much,but plan to convert tapes to CD's. I have a lot of them. Should be able to see how it holds up.

Great VCR
Have purchased 3 VCR'S from Porter and they all work great. I like to have spares handy if another one breaks. I still like my VCR'S. Fast shipping and great deals from Porter. this VCR has the best features.

best VCR I have ever had
I have had other VCRs but non of them have the features that this one has. the feature that I like is the one in which you can press power then stop and it will stop the progress of the programed recording. One of the other features I like is you can press rew then power and the VCR will shut off after it gets done rewinding. One of the features I do not like is VCR plus+ because you have to use the tv guide to get the numbers and you have to change that number for ever time and channel that show is on. what I wanted it to do is you tell it the show and it records it no matter if the channel that show is on changes or the time that it is on.
