So far I am very happy with this purchase. Received it promptly, packaged well, came in great condition. Thanks partially to the printed instructions included, I had no trouble hooking it into my older (but still a flat screen) TV. I can't comment about the recording because I only purchased it for playing back some of my VHS tapes I just didn't want to give up. It performs as good as brand new and I felt the price was fair.

Panasonic VHS Player
Oh my gosh I am over the moon about my VHS player! It arrived very securely packed and in mint condition with the remote control. It was extremely easy to connect to my television and I am enjoying all my old VHS tapes that everyone laughed at me about for keeping. Loads of family memories too, with tapes of my daughter as a baby! I also ordered the paper manual and it was also in perfect like new condition! If I need anything else electronics related I will definitely be contacting Porter Electronics!! Thank you all so much!!!
