Very pleased with Porter Electronics' product and service
I do a lot of dictation and unfortunately after 15 years of service, my Dictaphone Cassette Transcriber stopped functioning.I I called two service companies, and both said the transcriber could not be repaired. On the internet I came across Porter Electronics and saw that they had available for sale the same model transcriber, used but functioning. I purchased the transcriber, it was sent to be promptly, it is in excellent condition, and I have been very happy with it.
