Bose acoustic wave system II 5CD changer
I ordered the bose 5cd changer as my original bose changer stopped working. On receiving the refurbished unit from Porter electronics, I did not receive a remote control unit. I still had the old one, and found that it would not turn the unit on. Once turned on manually, all the other functions, using the remote worked fine. I contacted Porter electronics and they said they were sorry I didn't receive a remote with my purchase and would send one to me. Great customer service. However, the new remote worked the same as my original and would not turn on the cd changer. Apparently something in the changer is not picking up the signal from the remote. Slight inconvenience, but so far the unit plays and changes the cds just fine. I still give Porter electronics 5 stars for their customer service.

The Bose 5 disc cd player arrived excellently wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap to ensure no damage to the unit during shipping. The disc player plays perfectly and looks brand new.
